Turn on Meeting mode and Zumbo transcribes live, a timestamp per paragraph, each speaker labeled. No bot joins the call and no recording is sent anywhere.
The part the notetakers cannot say
Otter, Fireflies and Krisp promise not to misuse your meeting data. Zumbo never receives it. There is nothing to retain, train on or subpoena.
How it works
Meeting mode listens through the microphone, so it captures the room. On a video call, use the speakers instead of headphones and the other side ends up in the notes too. Paragraphs are timestamped as they land, and each one carries a speaker label.
Speaker labels are an optional 220 MB add-on that downloads inside the app, only if you switch it on. Everything else is already in the 570 MB you installed.
What you get afterwards
The transcript lives in Zumbo's history, searchable, next to your dictations and notes. Copy it, insert it at your cursor in any app, or leave it where it is. Nothing is pasted anywhere you did not ask for.
One thing to be careful about
Recording other people is regulated differently depending on where you are. Meeting mode is a tool, not permission: tell the room it is on where the law asks you to.
